This past week David Garrard said he still wants to play in the NFL, but not with Miami. He wants the Dolphins to commit to him being the starter. Without doing so he doesn't want to play down here under the present circumstances.
If David Garrard said that, how many other players around the league feel the same way. This was the same problem facing the Dolphins before the Trifecta came here. Top name quality Free Agents did not want to play in Miami do to there bungling habits. Now I know most of you want the team to build through the draft. But there are times when a team needs to reach into the FA market to fill a position. If David Garrard a below average QB doesn't want to come here and play for the reasons above, what does that say about the Management.
