Well, we only have eight more days until opening day of the 2012 Free Agency period! We have previously discussed the Dolphins most desirable quarterbacks, offensive linemen, tight ends, receivers, running backs, outside pass rushers, and cornerbacks. The only positional prospects of need that we have yet to discuss are Safeties, which happens to currently be a weak position for the Miami Dolphins.

Michael Griffin, FS ( 4 - 3 Titans ), 27, 6 - 0, 203, 4.48 forty..
This 2007 number 19 first round draft pick out of Texas in eighty games has accrued 389 tackles, 2 sacks, 7 forced fumbles, 5 fumble recoveries, 17 interceptions, with 1 touchdown, including 75 tackles, one forced fumble, and two interceptions in 2011.. Michael Griffin played very well in 2011, and is expected to follow Jeff Fisher to St. Louis..
Reggie Nelson, FS ( 4 - 3 Bengals ), 29, 5 - 11, 206, 4.37 forty..
A former Gator, Nelson was drafted by Jacksonville at number 21 in the first round of 2007.. "Thomas DeCoud is good in run support, but tends to get lost in coverage. He performed poorly in the beginning of the year, but picked up his play late."
